Sal’s Deli Co is a charcuterie business with a difference. Here we use only the finest ingredients to produce excellent tasting products.

I started this business after realising the gap there is for premium, cured halal meats.

All our products are handcrafted using the finest ingredients. Some of the original products I made when the business first started were Salami, Pepperoni, Chorizo and Bresaola.

I was tired of going to supermarkets and only finding lower quality cured meats so decided to give it a go making it myself! The business initially started as a temporary lockdown project back in 2019.

Now as the business is being relaunched in 2024 we are focusing on a revamped cold meats menu to start and some hot food planned in the works.
